Canyonlands National Park
On Saturday we toured the Canyonlands National Park and found many spectacular views and vistas. The roads wind around on the top of the mesa's and every once in a while you come to a place where you can view the canyon. The beauty rivals that of the Grand Canyon with similar sizes in many locations. The Green and Colorado Rivers run through the canyons and had a big part in creating them over the years. In some places you would catch sight of the river far below. This is our last day in Moab and we treated ourselves to a wonderful Italian dinner after Tippy went to Mass. Tomorrow we are off to Pagosa Springs, Colorado where we will stay for four nights.
